Find a pretty jar or make a fabric cap for a mason jar and half fill with Epsom salts or a mixture of Epsom Salt & baking soda. Tip 2-3 drops of your favorite oil blend (like Peace & Calming) and then fill the rest of the way with Epsom salts. Shake well.
The oils will diffuse and fragrance the whole jar creating a relaxing & cleansing bath experience, what a great gift!
NOTES:
- This makes a great a way to introduce friends and family to the power of the oils as well. Use about 2 drops in a quart size jar!
- For a great detox or auric cleanse use all baking soda and a few drops of clove essential oil.
